Thanks for a great time in Vietnam. Wow — seems like a lifetime ago! I appreciate all that you did to create a remarkable trip.

The Google Earth maps are awesome — thanks Digby. Wish that I was in Hanoi now to greet President Obama when he arrives. This Sunday, I think. You should get out and see him if you can.
