Hello guys and all the Explore Indochina crew! I’m finally getting around to writing to say “hello!” (insert enthusiastic roadside waive here) and let you know what a FANTASTIC time Kelly and I had on the Middle Road ride in April!

It has been over three months since the ride, yet we still think about it nearly every day. The guides struck a great balance of leading us on a smooth, well-organized trip without having a scripted or “canned” feel.

The people, scenery, and incredible roads were beyond words. It’s all we can do to try to explain to our friends back home just a tiny kernel of what it was like. And, being a fan of older iron, the faithful Minsks were of course right up my alley.

Definitely a trip of a lifetime; thank you for sharing your country and culture with us.
